Internal link to some information

Internal links can be used for different purposes, e.g.
• If a small exercise or question is given, the internal link may lead to a page with a hint or an answer.
• A concept may be explained (wikipedia-style), e.g. what is the reduced $\chi^2$
• There may be links to the other tutorials (on sastutorials.org or elsewhere), if relevant, e.g. to the Spheres Tutorial.
