Guinier analysis by BayesApp.
  • Go to BayesApp, and load in your data.
  • Click the option "Guinier Analysis" and press submit. BayesApp also calculates the $p(r)$ and, if opted for, generates Kratky plot and Porod plot.
  • From looking at the Guinier plot, you may want to adjust the Guinier region by setting the "qmaxRg" (deafault 1.25, which is fine for globular particles) or skipping the first points (e.g. due to aggregation on artifacts near the beamstop). Press submit again after adjustments.
  • Congratulations, you have done a Guinier analysis!
